The International Educational Leadership Conference takes place March 3-5, 2021 as an online event and provides for developing practical cooperation among Christian school leaders from Europe and beyond. This is a unique event, somewhat different from ICEC or ISLC hosted by the International Schools Office, and provides quality interaction, training and fellowship with national Christian school leaders from 30+ countries. Our theme this year is "Strategic Initiatives for School Improvement" with with a sub-theme of "The Position of Christian schools in Modern Society" and is being planned in coordination with ECCEN.

Our 21st annual Student Leadership Conference... Our online environment provides for increased interaction between participants at both events. We are looking forward to welcoming over 200 participants. Follow-up material is available here for your students on the topic of Christian leadership.

from 20+ countries. Our theme this year is "Partnerships for
Increased Impact" with an in-depth look at the blessings and
process of strategic partnerships.

Recent world events have shown us just how important community
is, but also how fragile it can be. How can we lead in a way that
strengthens the communities in which we live? Whether we are
thinking about our local, national or global community, we want
to be leaders who both work with others and take individual
responsibility. At SLC we will be exploring the role of Biblical
faith, hope and love in building authentic community, and the
courage that will be needed for us to lead in this way with the
theme "Leading for Community".
