Peer-review

The highest level of school engagement is the peer-review process, which provides recognition through relationships. The Peer-Review process will undergo testing in English and Spanish in 2026.

Peer-review is the highest level of engagement in the ACSI Europe school improvement process. It brings experienced Christian school leaders from outside your community to affirm your work, validate your self-assessment, and offer collegial wisdom on your areas of focus. It is a voluntary, relational process — and completing it earns your school formal recognition within the global ACSI community.

FOR SCHOOL LEADERS

Request a peer-review for your school

Your school has done the work of honest self-assessment. Peer-review is the next step: inviting a trained team of school leaders to walk with you, affirm your strengths, and engage deeply with your chosen focus areas. The visit typically takes one day and can be combined with another school event.

  • Available to ACSI member schools that have completed a standards-based self-assessment and have identified strategic goals.
  • You choose 2–3 focus areas — strengths to celebrate or challenges to explore together
  • The peer team provides a written report and recommends your school for recognition
  • Typically completed within 6–10 weeks from first request

FOR LEADERS AND EDUCATORS

Join a peer-review team

Serving on a peer-review team is one of the most meaningful ways to contribute to the broader Christian school community. You bring your experience, your questions, and your encouragement to a school that has invited you in. ACSI provides the training — you bring the heart for the work.

  • Complete ACSI-approved training to qualify as a reviewer or team leader
  • Set your availability — schools request your participation based on your schedule
  • You may accept or decline any invitation; no commitment until you agree
  • Build relationships with Christian school communities across Europe and beyond
